Affirmations are reminders to your unconscious mind to stay focused on your goals and to come up with solutions to challenges and obstacles that might get in the way.
Positive affirmations are mantras that you repeat to yourself, which describe a specific outcome or who you want to be. At first, these affirmations might not be true, but with constant repetition, your subconscious mind will start to believe them. And eventually, these affirmations will become your reality.
If you believe the phrase “you are what we think”, then life truly stems from your thoughts. But we cannot rely purely on thoughts; we must translate thoughts into words and eventually into actions in order to manifest our intentions.
This means we have to be very careful with our words, choosing to speak only those which work towards our benefit and cultivate our highest good.
Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly begin to think nothing is impossible.
What we speak becomes reality. Because words are like seeds. When you speak something out, we emit a sound wave into the universe. This sound wave pierces through the air and becomes a real object. It therefore exists in our world, intangible and invisible.Every word we speak engages energy towards or against it. If you constantly say “I can’t,” the energy of your words will repel the universal force against you. But if you say “I can!” the universe will endow you with the abilities to do just that.
Hence, positive affirmations are used to reprogram the subconscious mind, to encourage us to believe certain things about ourselves and about the world.

Be you, your authentic self! You don’t have to change for anyone else.
There’s a reason they are living a different life from you. Your goals and aspirations are different from them. Not everyone can be you.
Likewise, you cannot be everyone.
Live your life unapologetically. You are beautiful in your own ways, and that’s what makes you unique.
Don’t be afraid of losing people. It is really OK to let go of people and friendships that are long lost.
Limit yourself to what serves your soul. Be selective with who you spend time with.
You cannot go around pleasing everyone.
Your journey is all about your growth, and how everyday you focus on being a better human being.
Because that’s what my ultimate aim in life is, to be a genuine good soul.
To love, and be loved.
Everyday is a good day, when you choose to smile and be happy with all that you experience, regardless of what life throws at you.
What I’ve learned lately is, you shouldn’t feel sad for not getting what you want, but instead be happy that at least you tried and gave your best.
If you’re a good soul, sooner or later, if not today but tomorrow, it shall come to you.
Your patience, your consistency, and the burning desire within you for the success of your goal, is all that you need.
And if we can believe in ourselves, there’s nothing we can’t do.

Humility is the quality of being humble. It comes from the latin word humilis, which literally means low. If anyone feels low infront of someone, then he/she feels small infront of that person – that I am simple, insignificant person. Humility is often described as a modest or low view of one’s importance. If a person who spends his life taking care of others shows humility. To become humble, you must understand the importance of both yourself and your trainer. Recognize that being humble in and out of the ring is the true key to achieve your goals. For example, the simple act of saying “Good match” after losing can show humility towards your opponent.
